‘The Tree Listening Device’ can be used to listen and record a tree anywhere.
By placing the device against the bark of your chosen tree and placing your ear at the other end you will hear the water being pulled up from the roots to the leaves through the xylem tubes.
The clicking sound that you will hear is produced by the water passing through the cells and cavitating.
